Stop, Stop, the train wreck

What goes on your face, goes into your body.  Just like what you eat. 

 

Part of the face wrecking scenerio begins with inconsistency and ubber number of products from different manufacturers. 

 

Wash your face with hot water.  STOP, STOP the train wreck.  Water can be very drying to your skin.

 

Make certain you have a good cleanser, toner and moisturizer for your specific skin needs.

Skin needs generally fall into one of four catagories; brown or aging spots, aging, acne and sensative skin.

 

To deal with dry skin, moisurize.  This will help in preventing water from evaporating from your skin as well as protecting your skin from the toxins and poisins of the air. 

Exfoliate, exfolite, exfoliate.  Get the dead skin out of the way of the healthy skin.  Allow your face to glow.
